-Headache -Abdominal pain -Diarrhoea -Drug interactions: -Warfarin: increased INR (monitor INR) -Theophylline: possible increase in theophylline concentration (monitor theophylline concentration) -Erythromycin: Decreases Zafirlukast concentration (may require larger dose of Zafirlukast)Uncommon side effects of Accolate:
-Hepatitis (avoid use in hepatic impairment) -Churg-Strauss syndrome -Allergic reactions including urticaria, angioedema and anaphylaxisGN: Zafirlukast
