EpiPen - Action of :
Adrenaline is a drug that responsible for the fight or flight arousal of the body accompanying immune response as a result of exposures to allergens, drugs or insect bites. It prepares the body to work faster via effects of increased blood flow, faster heart rate, a high sugar level and low potassium level in the blood. Adrenaline has very fast onset of effect but short duration of action as it is rapidly broken down in the liver and tissues.
