Indication of Endone:
Oxycodone is used for the relief of moderate to severe pain.Action of Endone:
Oxycodone is an opioid medication. Opioids act on opioid receptors in the nervous system to reduce the sensation of pain. As well as relieving pain, Oxycodone also decreases breathing and causes constipation.Dose Advice of Endone:
The initial dose 5-15 mg every 4-6 hours. This dose may be adjusted depending on the individual patients response. With controlled release formulations 10 mg is given every 12 hours and this dose may be adjusted depending on the individual patients response.Controlled release formulations should not be used for initial therapy.If Oxycodone is given rectally the dose is 30 mg every 6-8 hours.Older patients usually require lower doses.Schedule of Endone:

Nausea and vomiting. Drowsiness.Dry mouth.Dizziness and light-headedness when moving form a lying to standing position.Difficulty urinating.Constipation with prolonged use.Uncommon side effects of Endone:
Confusion.Hallucinations.Hives.Itching.Hypothermia.Slowing or speeding up of the heart rate.Abdominal pain.Rigid muscles.Flushing.Diseases treated by Endone:
