Flixotide Nebules - Indication of :
Flixotide Nebules contains the medicine fluticasone propionate (a type of steroid). It is delivered to the lungs in small droplets by a nebuliser (or pump). This mode of administration is used if you suffer from severe and persistent asthma that has not been adequately controlled by other inhaled or systemic steroid therapies. It helps to reduce the swelling and inflammation in the lungs to reduce symptoms. Occasionally flixotide nebules are used to control sudden attacks of breathlessness but this is often in conjunction with other agents.
