Ventolin Rotacaps - Basic Information

 

Indication of Ventolin Rotacaps:

Treatment and prevention of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (chronic bronchitis and emphysema). Ventolin Rotacaps are useful in patients who are unable to use standard inhalers or are sensitive to freon propellants eg. young children.

Action of Ventolin Rotacaps:

Salbutamol relieves asthma by relaxing muscles within the airways (bronchodilation) making it easier to breath.

Dose Advice of Ventolin Rotacaps:

Ventolin Rotacaps contain a powder. This powder is inhaled via a Ventolin Rotahaler. The Rotacap are placed in the Rotahaler and immediately inhaled Adults (>12 years) : 1-2 caps inhaled 3-4 times a day. Max 12 per 24hrs.Children (
