Refractory anaemia
Refractory anaemia with ringed sideroblasts if:
Accompanied by neutropenia (low numbers of neutrophils in the blood)
Accompanied by thrombocytopenia (low numbers of platelets in the blood)
Requiring blood transfusion
Refractory anaemia with excess blasts
Refractory anaemia with excess blasts in transformation
